1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bd9 and its users. By accessing the bd9 platform, creating an account, or using any service, you fully accept and agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this site.

bd9 is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, and various other gaming services. In operating this platform, bd9 always places fairness, transparency, and user safety as its highest priorities.

These terms have been prepared in English and shall be considered the primary document. For any bd9 promotion or offer, the specific terms of that offer apply alongside these general terms.

2 Account Registration

To create a valid account on bd9, each user must meet the following conditions:

• Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate and complete personal information must be provided at registration — including full name, mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Keeping the account password confidential is entirely the user's responsibility. Sharing login details with anyone else is not permitted.
• If any suspicious activity is noticed on the account, the bd9 support team must be informed immediately.
• If the information provided at registration is found to be false or incomplete, bd9 reserves the right to close the account at any time.

As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, bd9 may at any time request a national ID card or other government-issued identity document from the user. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

All bd9 services are for persons aged 21 or older only. Anyone under 21 may not use this platform, and doing so is strictly prohibited. We take a firm stance against gambling by minors.

bd9 reserves the right to verify age at any time. If a user is found to be under 21, their account will be permanently closed and the return of any deposited funds will be considered separately.

In addition, residents of regions where online betting or casino games are legally prohibited may not use bd9. Full responsibility for complying with local laws rests with the user.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following payment methods can be used to deposit and withdraw funds on bd9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks).

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.
• Deposited funds must come from the registered user's own account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• When making a deposit, ensure the details and amount are correct; bd9 is not responsible for deposits made with incorrect information.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the payment method used for the deposit or the one verified on the account.
• If the wagering requirements of a bonus are incomplete, the funds tied to that bonus cannot be withdrawn.
• bd9 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawal processing if identity verification has not been completed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bd9's welcome bonus is a 200% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000, a ৳2,000 bonus will be added, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning in the example above, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be placed before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

Some key points to keep in mind regarding bonuses:

• A bonus is not direct cash. The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated on that promotion's page.
• Misuse of bonuses (such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts) is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.
• bd9 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.

Under the VIP program, weekly cashback is available at three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. This cashback is determined based on weekly net losses: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, and up to 0.8% at Gold. For example: a Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

6 Gaming Policy

Users must follow the policies below when playing on the bd9 platform:

• All games must be played according to the set rules. No attempt to manipulate or cheat the outcome of a game is permitted.
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any other technology to play games is strictly prohibited.
• If any dispute arises over a game result, bd9's decision shall be considered final.
• If a technical fault occurs during a game, bd9 reserves the right to declare that round void and return the stake.
• If a clear error is found in the odds or result of a game, bd9 is not obliged to pay out winnings based on that error.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on bd9 and may result in permanent account closure as well as legal action:

• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Claiming bonuses or winnings through cheating, fraud, or deceptive means.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Attempting to weaken the site's security systems or gain unauthorised access to servers.
• Harassing, threatening, or acting fraudulently toward other users.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

bd9 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. However, this action is generally taken in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms is violated.
• If false information provided at registration is discovered.
• If clear evidence of cheating or fraud is found.
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.
• At the user's own request to close the account.

In the case of permanent account closure, whether the valid balance in the account (excluding bonuses) is returned to the user will be determined by bd9 at its own discretion, depending on the outcome of any investigation.

9 Limitation of Liability

bd9 makes every effort to operate its platform reliably. However, bd9's liability is limited in the following areas:

• For losses caused by internet connection disruption, power outages, or other technical problems.
• If login details are exposed or unauthorised access to the account occurs due to the user's own carelessness.
• For delayed or failed transactions caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
• If services must be suspended due to government directives or legal obligations.

bd9 bears no liability under any circumstances for indirect losses, lost opportunities, or lost profits on the part of the user. Our maximum liability is always limited to the actual balance in the user's account.

10 Privacy and Security

bd9 takes the protection of its users' personal information very seriously. All data is kept secure using SSL encryption and modern security technology. bd9 does not sell or share users' personal information with third parties.

11 Changes and Amendments
